printacalendar.net is a simple tool for viewing, customizing, and printing calendars. It is designed to work without collecting personal information, and this page explains exactly what that means.

Notes and preferences stay on your device

When you write a note on a day, toggle holidays, or save choices in the calendar builder, that information is stored in your browser's local storage on your own device. It is never sent to our servers, and we cannot see it. Clearing your browser's site data removes it.

No accounts, no tracking, no ads

You can use everything on this site without signing up. We don't use advertising, analytics trackers, or third-party cookies, and we don't sell or share data with anyone. Fonts and all other assets are served directly from this site.

PDF downloads

When you download a PDF, it is generated on our server from the options in your request (including any photos for photo calendars) and sent straight back to you. Files, options, and photos are not stored after the download completes.

Server logs

Like nearly every website, our web server keeps short-lived technical logs (such as the page requested and the time of the request) for security and troubleshooting. These logs are not used to identify or profile visitors and are deleted on a regular schedule.

Changes to this policy

If a future feature changes how data is handled — for example, optional accounts that save calendars — this page will be updated before that feature goes live, and the change will be clearly described.
